Favorite Pair of Vibram FiveFingers: KMD EVO.
My favorite pair of Vibram Five Fingers are the KMD EVOs. Not only are they comfortable, durable and easy to wash, but they are the best all-around shoe for someone who runs, weight-lifts, does plyometric and agility training, and walks in the same pair of shoes. The extra tread and padding is great for bounding and dynamic movements. I also love the variety of colors offered for the shoe and the style of the laces, allowing for quick adjustments. Definitely recommend it to those who need a shoe that fits a variety of needs and has style.
Chara's Bio:
Chara Harris graduated from GVSU as an Academic All-American that let her volleyball team to three Elite Eight appearances. Upon moving to Florida to teach Biology, Chara soon transitioned to the beach and started her professional beach volleyball career. Chara has been playing professionally for nine years and has been ranked top ten on the national tour consistently for the past three years, all while changing lives in the classroom. She has finished as high as second at the 2016 National Championships, was voted Best Role Model in 2014, and has been nominated Educator of the Year twice during her teaching career. When she isn’t playing ball or teaching, she likes to spend her time traveling, hanging-out with friends and family, cooking, scuba diving, and participating in outdoor activities. Her favorite motto is, “Live in the present with no regrets.”

Chara's Husband Scott also exclusively wears FiveFingers, he is a Physical Education Teacher and Chara's Volleyball Coach. Scott is a former beach volleyball player himself, and a professional trainer. He has a Master's Degree in science and is an avid supporter of health and wellness. With twenty plus years of playing and training at a professional level, Scott understands what it takes to be succesful adn at the top of one's game. His love and passion for life transfers into all that he does. His catch phrase is, "Do the right because it is the right thing to do."
Scott's Favorite Pair: Classics, followed by Bikilas. Classics are Scott's favorite due to their verstility. Can run, walk, use them as a replacement for sandals, and even look good with casual outfits! They work so well in so many different environments.
